This Privacy Policy applies to JusticeHive websites, applications, community features, creator features, case and matter tools, browser capture workflows, support tools, admin tools, and related services that link to this policy. JusticeHive is operated by EngineerUrLife LLC, doing business as JusticeHive.

Account and profile information, such as email address, authentication records, username, display name, avatar, membership tier, role, preferences, onboarding status, connected-service status, and account settings.

Waitlist and referral information, such as email address, joining role, optional message, referral code, source page, and browser user agent.

Community and creator information, such as posts, comments, polls, votes, likes, bookmarks, creator or channel profile details, YouTube handle or channel ID, subscriber or upload metadata, and other content you choose to submit.

Case, matter, court, calendar, and public-record information, such as docket numbers, court names, filings, public documents, hearing dates, parties, attorneys, judges, charges, events, public links, source metadata, raw provider payloads, correction reports, and review status.

User activity and preferences, such as followed matters, watched cases, calendar preferences, private calendar events, community interactions, theme settings, support tickets, support messages, support attachments, correction reports, and administrative review activity.

Usage, device, and analytics information, such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser type, device type, session or visitor identifiers, hashed analytics identifiers, cookies, local storage values, server logs, and IP address information visible to our servers and service providers.

Billing and access information, such as plan status, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing-program assignments, gifted membership records, affiliate or referral credits, refund status, and payment portal events. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers.

Files and generated outputs, such as avatar uploads, public matter or case media, private support attachments, private court-capture screenshots, admin ingest files, stored court documents, AI-generated document outputs, summary suggestions, and audit or moderation records.

To provide, maintain, secure, and improve JusticeHive, including authentication, profiles, case tracking, matter hubs, calendars, community features, creator spaces, support, billing, admin review, data imports, and public landing pages.

To personalize your experience, such as showing followed matters, watched cases, calendar preferences, creator subscriptions, profile information, saved settings, and relevant community or case activity.

To process public-record imports, court captures, document uploads, case summaries, date extraction, search, alerts, review queues, moderation, and correction reports.

To communicate with you about account activity, support requests, waitlist status, product updates, billing, security, administrative messages, and policy changes.

To detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to abuse, security incidents, spam, fraud, unlawful activity, policy violations, data errors, and service reliability issues.

To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, preserve audit history, respond to lawful requests, and protect the rights, safety, and security of JusticeHive, users, and others.

Some information on JusticeHive may be public or visible to other users, including public case pages, matter pages, creator pages, usernames, display names, avatars, YouTube handles, community posts, comments, polls, aggregate poll results, public creator activity, and public calendar or coverage events.

Court records and legal data may already be public from courts, public-record systems, legal data providers, creators, media, or other sources. JusticeHive may organize, summarize, link, capture, store, or display that information, but public availability can vary by jurisdiction, source rules, later court action, sealing orders, corrections, or source outages.

If you submit content to public or community areas, other users may save, quote, copy, screenshot, discuss, or redistribute it. Deleting your account or content may not remove copies already viewed, exported, cached, backed up, or retained for legal, safety, moderation, public-record, or audit reasons.

If you choose to connect a YouTube account, we may request access through Google OAuth to verify your channel, store encrypted access and refresh tokens, retrieve your channel ID and handle, sync public channel metadata, check subscription relationships, and display public creator information in JusticeHive.

You may disconnect YouTube from your JusticeHive settings. When you disconnect, we attempt to revoke the Google token and remove the local connection, cached subscription data, synced channel details, uploads, and live-status records tied to that connection.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. You can also manage or revoke app access through your Google account settings.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember theme and dark-mode settings, store referral attribution, secure the service, operate account features, and understand usage.

JusticeHive uses internal site analytics that may store path, referrer, browser, device type, bot status, and hashed visitor or session identifiers. The app excludes local development, admin paths, API paths, and users who opt out on that device.

JusticeHive may also use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics if configured. Those providers may process usage, device, and event information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your browser may offer controls to block or delete cookies, local storage, or similar technologies. Some JusticeHive features may not work properly without necessary storage.

Service providers may process information for hosting, databases, authentication, storage, analytics, email, payments, customer support, logging, security, AI-assisted features, and operational tooling.

Connected services may receive or provide information when you choose to connect them, such as YouTube account or channel verification.

Payment processors process billing details and may send us subscription, customer, checkout, refund, and billing-portal events.

Public and community content may be visible to visitors, users, creators, contributors, admins, or the public depending on the feature, source, and settings.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of JusticeHive, users, courts, source systems, or others.

If JusticeHive is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

JusticeHive includes admin-facing AI-assisted features that may summarize, extract dates from, or suggest display copy for case records, docket entries, parties, public documents, and source packets.

When those features are used, relevant source material may be sent to AI service providers for processing. AI outputs are for review and operational support, may be incorrect or incomplete, and should not be treated as legal advice or authoritative court data.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide JusticeHive, maintain accounts, operate public case and matter records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve audit history, maintain security, and improve the service.

Public court data, public community content, source payloads, admin imports, court captures, support records, correction reports, billing records, logs, backups, and audit records may remain for longer periods where deletion would affect public-record integrity, security, moderation, support history, legal compliance, or legitimate business needs.

You may be able to update profile information, display name, username, avatar, calendar preferences, theme preferences, followed matters, watched cases, community content, support requests, and connected-service settings in the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or limitation of certain personal information. You can contact us through JusticeHive support or the contact method available in your account or on the site.

Because JusticeHive works with public records, public community content, source-provider data, audit records, and safety/moderation history, an account deletion or privacy request may not remove public court records, public-source materials, records we must retain, or content that remains necessary for legal, public-record, security, safety, billing, or audit reasons.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling broadly; if our analytics or marketing tools create additional legal choice requirements, we will provide the choices required by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, row-level security where appropriate, private storage buckets for sensitive attachments and captures, encrypted storage for YouTube tokens, signed URLs for private downloads, and service-role-only server routes for sensitive support data.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and telling us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

JusticeHive is not directed to children under 16, and users under 16 may not create accounts, use the service, or submit personal information.

If you are at least 16 but under 18, you may use JusticeHive only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Certain features, including creator tools, contributor tools, paid subscriptions, billing features, and administrative features, may be limited to users who are at least 18 years old.

If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information to JusticeHive, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

JusticeHive is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page, changing the effective date, or providing an in-app notice.
