Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, accessing JusticeHive, or using any related website, application, browser extension, capture tool, community feature, creator feature, admin tool, support feature, or paid feature, you agree to these Terms. JusticeHive is operated by EngineerUrLife LLC, doing business as JusticeHive.

If you use JusticeHive on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to you include that organization where applicable.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use JusticeHive.

2. What JusticeHive provides

JusticeHive helps users follow, organize, discuss, and understand legal matters, cases, docket activity, public records, court events, filings, documents, creators, and related community activity.

JusticeHive may include case hubs, matter pages, court directories, calendars, community discussions, polls, creator spaces, document tools, public-record imports, court-capture workflows, correction reports, support tools, notifications, and admin review workflows.

JusticeHive is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal research services, court filing services, attorney-client services, or professional advice. Content on JusticeHive is for informational, organizational, commentary, research-support, and community purposes only.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not use JusticeHive if you are legally prohibited from doing so. JusticeHive is not directed to children under 16, and users under 16 may not create accounts, use the service, or submit personal information. If you are at least 16 but under 18, you may use JusticeHive only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Creator tools, contributor tools, paid subscriptions, billing features, and administrative features may be limited to users who are at least 18 years old.

You must provide accurate account, profile, billing, creator, contributor, and support information and keep it reasonably current.

4. Court data and public records

JusticeHive may display information from courts, public records, public websites, third-party legal data providers, user submissions, creator submissions, manual research, browser captures, document uploads, AI-assisted workflows, and administrative review.

Court and public-record data can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, sealed, restricted, corrected, superseded, or misunderstood without the full docket context. You must verify important information with the court, the official docket, counsel, or another authoritative source before relying on it.

JusticeHive does not guarantee that any case, matter, party, attorney, judge, filing, document, calendar event, deadline, status, summary, alert, search result, or source link is complete, current, accurate, available, or suitable for your purpose.

Nothing on JusticeHive creates an attorney-client relationship, substitutes for legal advice, or should be used as the sole basis for legal, safety, employment, housing, credit, investigative, or other consequential decisions.

5. User content and community rules

You may be able to submit posts, comments, polls, votes, profile details, creator information, calendar contributions, correction reports, support messages, files, links, source notes, and other content. You are responsible for content you submit.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, deceptive, spam, malware, invasive of privacy, exploitative, infringing, or intended to intimidate, dox, impersonate, mislead, stalk, or harm another person.

You may not use JusticeHive to interfere with legal proceedings, violate court orders, publish information you are legally prohibited from sharing, identify protected persons where unlawful, or encourage harassment of parties, witnesses, jurors, court staff, creators, users, or others.

Community polls, reactions, likes, bookmarks, comments, and discussions are informational and social features. They are not legal advice, public opinion research, court filings, evidence, or authoritative findings.

6. License to user content

You keep any rights you have in content you submit. By submitting content, you grant JusticeHive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, reproduce, format, adapt for display, distribute, publish, moderate, analyze, and otherwise use that content to operate, protect, and improve JusticeHive.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, corrections, or ideas, you allow JusticeHive to use them without restriction or compensation.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and grant the license above.

7. Moderation and corrections

We may review, edit, label, reject, hide, remove, restrict, or preserve content, accounts, features, correction reports, calendar contributions, public-record displays, and community activity at our discretion.

JusticeHive may provide record-correction, support, or reporting tools. Submitting a correction does not guarantee that a record will be changed, removed, unpublished, or investigated by any deadline.

Public records may remain visible if they are accurate public-source materials, operationally necessary, legally required, or otherwise appropriate to preserve, even if a user requests removal.

8. Creator, contributor, and admin tools

Some features are available only to approved creators, contributors, admins, or users with specific roles or permissions.

You may use creator, contributor, capture, import, upload, calendar, correction, and admin tools only for lawful purposes and only in ways consistent with these Terms, applicable court rules, source website terms, data-provider terms, platform policies, and any instructions we provide.

You may not use JusticeHive tools to bypass source-system access controls, scrape where prohibited, overload court or provider systems, upload unlawful material, misrepresent source information, or publish unverified material as verified.

9. YouTube and connected services

If you connect or use YouTube-related features, you authorize JusticeHive to access and use the YouTube or Google information needed to provide those features, such as channel verification, channel metadata, public uploads, subscription checks, and live-status information.

By using YouTube API features through JusticeHive, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that Google may process information under the Google Privacy Policy.

You can disconnect YouTube from your JusticeHive settings and can also manage app access through your Google account settings. Some creator or subscription features may stop working after disconnecting.

10. Paid features and billing

Some JusticeHive features may require a paid plan, subscription, gifted membership, billing-program assignment, creator program, affiliate credit, trial, or manual access grant.

Billing may be handled by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Your use of that processor is subject to its terms and privacy policy. JusticeHive may mirror subscription and billing status for access control and support.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where JusticeHive chooses to provide a refund at its discretion.

We may change plans, prices, features, trial access, manual program access, or billing availability prospectively. If paid public signup is not open, checkout and billing features may be unavailable or limited to internal testing and manual operations.

11. Prohibited uses

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, attack, test without authorization, or attempt to bypass access controls for JusticeHive, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

You may not use JusticeHive to violate law, court rules, source terms, third-party rights, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, publicity rights, or these Terms.

You may not use JusticeHive to build or enrich dossiers for stalking, harassment, doxing, discrimination, intimidation, unlawful surveillance, or other harmful targeting.

You may not submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, probe non-public systems, interfere with service operation, falsify identity or source information, or use automated access in a way that harms JusticeHive or source systems.

12. Intellectual property

JusticeHive, including its software, interface, design, workflows, branding, logos, and original content, is owned by JusticeHive or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Public court records, public-source materials, creator content, user content, YouTube materials, and third-party materials may remain owned by their respective sources or rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of JusticeHive or third-party content to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from JusticeHive except as allowed by these Terms, the app's normal functionality, or written permission from us.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using JusticeHive, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to JusticeHive or particular features if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for JusticeHive or others, misused public-record or source-system data, failed to pay amounts owed, or used the service in a way that may be unlawful or harmful.

You may stop using JusticeHive at any time. Some obligations, including ownership, content licenses, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions, survive termination.

15. Changes to the service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of JusticeHive, including features, integrations, source providers, plans, pricing, data availability, or public-record displays.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page, changing the effective date, or providing an in-app notice. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Disclaimers

JusticeHive is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that JusticeHive will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content, case information, public record, calendar event, alert, AI output, source link, or community activity will be complete, current, accurate, lawful to use for your purpose, or suitable for your particular situation.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JusticeHive and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, public-record errors, missed deadlines, source outages, or reliance on content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to JusticeHive will not exceed the amount you paid to JusticeHive for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 dollars if you did not pay us during that period.

18. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JusticeHive and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of JusticeHive, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your misuse of public-record, court, creator, contributor, admin, or connected-service features.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to JusticeHive will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any lawsuit or court proceeding relating to JusticeHive or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
